Thewa on Paper

Hello All,

Yes, we come back after an eternity! Because this is one chance we loved getting. Our client sent us an image of her engagement saree and never imposed anything on us, except that the earrings had to be jhumkas! Now, these are Godsend opportunities and we capitalized! Using a traditional jewellery making form, Thewa, as our template, we set about to create a customized piece for our client. And lo! This is what resulted :)

Needless to say, we enjoyed the process thoroughly and wish our client a very happy and long married life :)

Bead Soutache - Art'zire take.........

Hello All,

Bead soutache is a jewellery form that has fascinated Art'zire for a while, so we decided to develop our own version of it, thanks to the unavailability of soutache cords in India........

For the curious ones, the soutache type jewellery we made looks like this:

And don't let that complexity scare you! These are rather simple to make..........don't believe us? Here is the video tutorial for it :)
